Gratitude- The key and the gift is gratitude that is beyond words. As we work with ourselves, embrace ourselves, come closer to unconditionally loving ourselves one starts to encounter moments of pure indescribable gratitude. This is always accompanied by sincere, quiet, peaceful joy. What a profound gift. When one experiences this deep gratitude, instantly, one gains a slightly higher reality. So experiencing gratitude on this level is the key that unlocks new ways of being; it cements in our Holiness a new perception on life. As one walks this path one will from time to time get stuck in them selves. At other times they will be thankful at how they have grown. Still other times they will wonder “why am I doing this, it all seems so hard?” Then out of the blue there will come this gift of knowing for the moment who we are, that our Creator is with us, we love ourselves just as we are, the world is ok, peace, and aaahhhhh! For an instance we get it, we are Buddha, Christ, the Soul, a part of the infinite! This is the Gratitude we can swim in. This is the key and the gift!

Dancing- We here at Human Anonymous put a lot of emphasis on dancing, so yippy! Dancing is a metaphor for life. It is fun and liberating! The longer one dances the more one feels where they are out of shape. It is not good or bad how ones muscles feel, it just is, and it tells us where we need a little work. When one gets deep into the groove of a dance one can “Dance Trance”, a deep meditative space where one no longer thinks of dancing. The not knowing the next step, involved with the creative flow, energetically responding to each new groove, realizing one can not control the music only flow with it. This is what life is all about!!! It’s exciting, creative, free, and flowing if we get out of our own way!!
